2012 Oh No Manga! Octo-Con

An event that I considered very memorable this 2012 because it offers uniqueness compared to other event that I attended. A very exciting hobby event happened last October 12-13 at The Event Center in SM Taytay.

Coolest event that I attended because it has all the hobbies bundled on the event; hobbies like video-games, cosplay, and more are apparent at the same time quite far from the usual urban place.

This would be an event that has an 18ft. Gundam Ace on displayed on every event, definitely Gundam enthusiast will love.

Of course, like I said on my post above, one of the coolest thing that you will see on the event was the booths that offers video games from different consoles; consoles like Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 can be played for free once you've purchased a ticket worth 100 pesos. Dance Central was considered the hottest game at the event.

Other activities at the events are cosplay 101 - a seminar to those who are interested to go into cosplaying; Kendo demonstration, Dubbing contest of Coin and Flour - Oh No Manga! original, Art Contest, and Meido contest; speaking of meido contest (maiden cafe) where contestant must prepare a food and served to a couple, whoever satisfy the judges, wins, here are the images of the food that maiden served the judges.

Movies like Gundam 00 and How To Date an Otaku Girl where shown at the event; added to that, I got interested on the Wacoal booth because they demonstrate the features of their product to the public.
