Vocaloid SeeU and K-Pop group GLAM: Two cultures unite

This could be one of the most unique performance ever performed and open another phenomena in the future; two culture meet from different countries.

When I received an email that Korea's Vocaloid SeeU with K-pop rising group GLAM will perform live at SBS, I got excited because this not the first time that the TV network did a collaboration with a Vocaloid character and a real life K-Pop group--by the way Japanese has also their own way of collaborating their Vocaloid character which you can watch it on YouTube.

Here are some videos where Vocaloid SeeU perform with K-pop group GLAM--you will be amazed on SeeU because she is really dancing with real person, not the MMD type movement or dancing.



Last Saturday, Tv network SBS yet again released another performance of SeeU and Glam performing on their latest track "I like that"; you will see here SeeU performs--well her dress is awesome, at the same time she is doing a freestyle rap, and of course, K-Pop cultures "cream de la creme" dancing.

Its been a while that I heard a new track from this vocaloid character, also one of my favorite vocaloid character because it can blend with trance music which I am very addictive to.

Now, they released another kawaii music video at the same time a catchy song which I thing you'll repeat the track over and over again; another thing, IA's voice blends with the drum and bass beat, another opportunity to vocaloid producer who are into that genre; we will surely hear another drum and bass tracks in the future using IA's voice just like vocaloid Gumi's to rock genre.

Hatsune Miku's 5th birthday festival

One of the iconic vocaloid character and I assume that some fanatics here knows only this character, she is celebrating her 5th birthday.

Makes sense, Hatsune Miku was introduced back in 2007 (my kihtmaine hobbies site was still in Multiply.com) at the same time vocaloid culture in the Philippines isn't that big compared today where you can go to conventions, cosplayers are hooked with the vocaloid characters, and groups in social media sites like Facebook are already established.

In Japan, they are celebrating her birthday by making a compilations of Hatsune Miku's famous tracks that shaped vocaloid culture today.

The first time that I heard the track, all I can say is that this track is awesome. The euphoric sound plus the 3d fractal presentation will definitely removed the stress that you are feeling right now even the genre is Electro pop which is kinda heavy if you listen to usual track. Vocaloid Gumi's 3rd anniversary

Well what do you know, Gumi will be celebrating its 3rd anniversary this coming June 26. We all know that Gumi was introduced back in 2009 and her voice is most used in rock music.

Vocaloid Galaco new Vocaloid in town

It's kinda late though but this second quarter of 2012, Yamaha launched their newest vocaloid that will excite the vocaloid culture, vocaloid Galaco. Offered only in competitions, it was introduced last April. The voice is more of a pop centric like in K-Pop music.
