G-Shock watches for Otakus and Geeks

Guess once in a while, some of us likes to appreciate being an otaku or a geek in a different way. Some of us likes dress, sneaker collaboration anime theme comic titles, and watches.

On this post, I will provide watches that is tied to anime characters of comic based characters. Here are some watches that you might want to have one. The brand of watch that we will post are from the Japanese brand Casio.

Casio G-Shock GA110AC-7ADR or G-Shock Doraemon.

I think this is a must have for any otaku who are planning to buy a watch. Color theme of the said watch are based from the character Doraemon.


Casio G-Shock GAC1106-A or G-Shock Evangelion.

For Evangelion fans out there, this watch is for you. The colorway of the watch was based on Rei's Mecha on the said anime.


Casio G-Shock DW6900AC-2D or G-Shock Optimus Prime.

The colorway says it all, based on Habro's Transformer, which he is the leader of Autobots.


I'll be posting more G-Shock watches that are themed with Anime and American comic characters in the future, so stay tune.

Gundam Digital Art

Me and my friend did a photoshoot with their Gundam collection. We took a Gundam Epyon and Gundam Deathscythe from Gundam Wing and Gundam Wing Endless Waltz and we finished the shoot at 6 in the morning — we started 12 Midnight. The image manipulation processed by Arnold of Arnold-S Photogs and we like the output.

Nike Airmax "Tokyo Ghoul"

Guess sneakerheads will have hardtime if Nike officially made a collaboration with the Anime culture like this one. At the same time, some folks in the creatives in mainland China is an Otaku.

Just doing some online shopping when I saw an icon showing this sneakers, just curious though maybe someone did a flipped on this sneakers which is very clean when it was customized. The when I was redirected to the main page, I saw the character from Tokyo Ghoul, it was Ken.

To be honest, the price of this sneakers are cheap compared to the legit ones sold in Footlocker or in Eastbay.

For the sneakerheads/otaku out there, definitely some of you will die to have one — just a guess though. But I am seeing for those who are into Harajuku fashion, guess the authenticity is not an issue. Here are some of the images of the said sneaker.
